HVR10000 シリーズは、超高抵抗値領域で低温度係数および    
低電圧係数を実現した高安定な標準抵抗器です。
抵抗回路の接続端子にはガードと温度センサを備えており、
気中で安定した抵抗値測定と抵抗器の内部温度測定が
可能となります。
25±10 ℃の環境下で、精密な抵抗値測定を行うことが
可能となるため、計測器の校正用としても利用が可能です。
